My dear friend Ann Del.

I wanted to say more, when we talked together as friends,
I knew we could always fire up an interesting debate or just catch up,
The roads would twist and turn, and come back to the beginning and start again,
There was always something worthwhile at the end, that made it come together for each other,
I did say we looked forward to seeing you again, and you said it too, but we didn't get to do half the things we wanted, or any of the things I said I wanted to do,
And your plans were on hold while you gave your life away, we shared our plans and fed each other and I counted on your laugh and cooking up another storm.
We talked about what if, and whats out there, who we are and where were going,
You liked the homus and I liked your friendship cake, we shared ideas, and you had lots of them, you stood for good, you stood for the ones that couldnt speak out, and you left everyone with a smile, or with a thought to caring,
But most of all you left behind in my heart your warmth and loving spirit that I will always cherish as long as I can remember you, as one of my best friends. I will miss you very much Ann Del.
