BC Transit - Victoria Regional Transit System operates a bus from Victoria to Sooke every 4 hours. Tickets cost $2 and the journey takes 1h 10m.
The Pacific Marine Circle Route, completed in 2009, connects Port Renfrew to Lake Cowichan, to Duncan, Cowichan Bay, Cobble Hill, Mill Bay across the Malahat Highway (Trans Canada Hwy 1) and back to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Here you can pick up information on accommodations, dining and much more. The Clipper Ferry Seattle to Victoria Daily Traveling by car from the “City of Victoria Municipal Hall” downtown on Douglas Street, you will head West on Pandora Street past Broad Street on your left, and then turn right on Government Street. Stay on Government until you get to Douglas Street again, and turn left onto Douglas Street. You are now on the Trans-Canada Highway (BC 1-N) which is Douglas Street.  Take Exit 14 toward Langford/Sooke. Merge onto Millstream Rd/Veterans Memorial Pkway/BC-14W.  This will take you through the communities of Langford, Colwood, Metchosin, East Sooke and then Sooke, Shirley, French Beach, China Beach, Jordon River, Sombrio Beach, and Port Renfrew.  BC Ferries provides regular daily schedules for vehicles to Victoria as well as walk on passengers and bus services from Vancouver and at the Ferry Terminal as well.
